Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re way too busy working on your sites or developing your web applications, you barely have time to monitor what is going on with the VPS – if it’s overloading or if all the services are running properly. With our Optional Admin Services deal, we’ll do that instead of you. Your VPS server will be included in a custom server monitoring software system and every time there’s a trace of a trouble, our sysadmins will be notified instantaneously.

Weekly Backups

Backing up a VPS Server isn’t the easiest thing in the world. You will either have to use a separate server or your computer, or, alternatively assign some third–party software. Our company offers a much simpler option with our Optional Admin Services deal. We will make a full backup copy of your VPS every week, so you never have to be afraid of losing important info. Last but not least we can always restore a backup copy very quickly. All backups we make are held on a special machine with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server gives you a virtually endless number of possibilities, you will sometimes need to install additional pieces of software. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can help you out. It’s an integral part of our Optional Admin Services offer, which entitles you to demand any of our professional tech support engineers to install and set up any kind of software application and to solve any issue you may have with the Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services deal comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It is an extra for the KVM VPS Servers.
